Doug Whitworth

Doug Whitworth has been a BROKER with Gardner-Whitworth & Associates, REALTORS^®, Inc., since 1988, following his REALTOR^® status in 1986. Doug is also the President of Gardner-Whitworth Insurance Group. Doug is the third generation to join the family-owned business following his grandparents, Kenneth and Ruth Gardner, and his father, William O. “Bill” Whitworth. Doug is a lifelong resident of Mattoon and a graduate of Lake Land college. He serves as a board member on the Mattoon Babe Ruth Baseball Association, as well as, the Mattoon Youth Basketball League. He is a local chairman of the Trusted Choice Big “I” Junior Golf Classic Qualifier, and First United Methodist Church. He has coached and supported various youth sports programs in Mattoon for 25+ years.
