Cathy Harden Lynch

Cathy, a native of Mattoon, is an independent consultant to the President and also a licensed Illinois real estate Broker at Gardner-Whitworth & Associates, REALTORS^®, Inc. Cathy’s real estate career began in 1996 in Southwest Florida with her spouse. In 2006, she and her husband moved back to Illinois upon his retirement to be near aging parents. In addition, she also holds an active Florida real estate license. Cathy is a graduate of Mattoon High School, Lake Land College, and the School of Technical Careers at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She is a member of the Central Illinois Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Based on personal experience and research, her passion evolved into adult and senior care housing, universal home design, and land sales/development.
