William O. "Bill" Whitworth

William O. "Bill" Whitworth is President of Gardner-Whitworth & Associates Realtors, Inc. He began his real estate career in 1967 and achieved broker status in 1969. He is a lifelong resident of Mattoon and is a graduate of Mattoon High School, Utterback's Business College and Lake Land College. Bill also serves as chairman of the City of Mattoon Zoning Board of Appeals, a past instructor of real estate at Lake Land College, and on the Advisory Board of Directors at US Bank, N. A.
Bill's professional designations include Graduate of Realtors Institue (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certificate of Accomplishment from Meredith Corporation for successful completion of the prescribed courses on loan origination. He has been involved in numerous real estate developments in the Mattoon area, including Lane Acres South Subdivision, Aldi Stores, Medicine Shoppes, Speedilubes, Quality Auto Care, Rent-A-Center, Eastern Illinois Industries, WMCI FM Radio and the new Colortyme complex on Lakeland Boulevard.

Perley Storm has been a Realtor-Associate with Gardner-Whitworth & Associates Realtors, Inc. since 1984. A native of Mason in Effingham County, Illinois, he is a graduate of Dietrich High School, Lake Land College, and Eastern Illinois University. He is an active member in several local organizations including the Mattoon Fraternal Order of Eagles, Lake Land College Alumni Association, and the East Central Illinois Area Association of Realtors. Perley specializes in residential and farmland sales.

An associate since 1998, Tom has already received the President's Silver Award for sales production. As a lifelong resident of Mattoon, Tom is fully capable to handle all sides of any real estate transaction.
Tom is an active member of the following: First United Methodist Church, Wabash Lodge #179 AF&AM, AASR Valley of Danville, Illinois Association of Realtors, East Central Illinois Association of Footbal Officials, and the Mattoon Fraternal Order of Eagles. He also serves on the East Central Illinois Area Association of Realtors MLS Committee, Rules & Finance Committee, Grievance Committee, and is also a member of the Board of Directors and was selected as Realtor-Associate of the year for 2002.
Jack Wall

Jack was born and raised in the Chicago area and later moved to Michigan.
In 1977 he held a real estate license through a family-owned real estate office. Jack attended Western Michigan College of Business.
In 1982 Jack moved to Mattoon and is an active member at Lawrence Riddle Post 88 of the American Legion. He is a member of the East Central Illinois Area Association of Realtors. Jack is a parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church and is also presently employed at R. R. Donnelly & Sons Printing company. He will be concentrating on all areas of real estate.
